If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

ARPO Warranty

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in original condition and undamaged;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@arpobrazil.com with the subject line: "REFUND".

It’s very important that you include "REFUND" in the subject line, as we receive a large number of emails daily. This helps us locate and process your request faster.

In your message, please include:

  • Your order number;
  • The reason for the refund request;
  • Clear photos of the product (required for damaged or incorrect items).

Our team will respond within 5 business days with further instructions. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or missed requests if "REFUND" is not included in the subject line.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At ARPO, we do not operate an exchange process. Once your refund request is approved, we issue a direct refund, allowing you to place a new order if you wish — with no additional bureaucracy.
