Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed, depending on your payment provider.
At ARPO, we do not operate an exchange process. Once your refund request is approved, we issue a direct refund, allowing you to place a new order if you wish — with no additional bureaucracy.
